The qualities of Wabi Sabi are defined as impermanence, imperfection, and incompleteness. These qualities apply to both natural and man-made objects.
Wabi Sabi connotes the transient beauty of all things. It is the state of flux between beginning and ending. It exists in the wear or patina of objects as they age. It is defined by what is rustic, modest, and natural.
Nothing lasts, nothing is perfect, nothing is finished.
All card designs are made with natural-fiber papers from around the world, embellished with hand-gathered pressed flowers and leaves, shells, and found natural objects.
Shown above are 12 examples of over 50 card designs. Availability of cards is determined by seasonal availability of materials.
Retail prices range from $5.00 to $12.00 each. Wholesale inquiries welcome.
